Aqua Diamond Poly Kote Timber Floor Finish

AQUA DIAMOND POLY KOTE clear and  interior liquid plastic is one-package oxygen self-crosslinking 100% water-borne polyurethane emulsion, that is non-formaldehyde emitting. It provides new standards in durability hard clear finish that protects wood against hot water, household chemicals, food stains, water and foot marks. 
 
RECOMMENDED USAGE:

💡Use on top of latex and emulsion paint or apply over painted surfaces.. 
💡To resist alcohol, hot and cool water without trapping the watermarked. 
 
APPEARANCE: Clear. 
APPLICATION:
📌 Surface should be free of wax or contaminants.. 
📌 Always sand in the direction of the wood.. 
📌 Use sponges or a high-quality bristle brush (soft brush).. 
📌 Pour 3"-4" wide line of "Kote" sealer along with starting wall, brush, and spread one coat of liquid evenly along the grain of the wood.. 
📌 Be careful, do not apply too thin always keep the surface wet and levelling.. 
📌 Wait at least 1 hour. Sand smooth with 28 or 320-grit sandpaper.. 
📌 Apply 1 coat of sanding sealer and 2 coats of "Kote" top coat and sand with 320 grit sandpaper.. 
📌 Always vacuum and track with slightly damped cloth thoroughly after sanding.. 
📌 3 or 4 coats of finish are recommended in high traffic commercial and residential areas. (Note: No recoat on old floor). 
 
Note: this product is water-based, cannot mix with thinner
