A Clear acrylic urethane water-based finish designed to protect and beautify unglazed tile, concrete, wood, plastic substrates, and masonry surfaces ( Not recommended for Terra-Cotta Chalking surface, Glazetile and Bathroom Tile). Otter Multi-Purpose Sealer Products against all organic stains including cooking oil, grease, and beverages. It is for interior & exterior, and can also be applied over painted surfaces for added protection and improved appearance. 
 
USAGE:
Water seals, protects, and improves the appearance of the above-stated Items.
Holds up great outdoors, UV inhibitor.
Use to seal concrete and masonry surfaces before painting or apply over painted surfaces for added protection nd improved appearance.
To Properly breathe and release moisture vapors.
Dust proofs without altering the color of the substrate.

Application:
Apply with a brush, roller or spray depending on the porosity & roughness of the surfaces.
