A Clear acrylic urethane water-based finish designed to protect and beautify unglazed tile, concrete, wood, plastic substrates, and masonry surfaces ( Not recommended for Terra-Cotta Chalking surface, Glazetile and Bathroom Tile). Otter Multi-Purpose Sealer Products against all organic stains including cooking oil, grease, and beverages. It is for interior & exterior, and can also be applied over painted surfaces for added protection and improved appearance. 

USAGE:

• Water seals, protects, and improves the appearance of the above-stated Items.

• Holds up great outdoors, UV inhibitor.

• Use to seal concrete and masonry surfaces before painting or apply over painted surfaces for added protection nd improved appearance.

• To Properly breathe and release moisture vapors.

• Dust proofs without altering the color of the substrate.

Application:

Apply with a brush, roller or spray depending on the porosity & roughness of the surfaces.

Apply 1st coat, allow 1 hour to 3 hours to dry and apply 2nd coat, allow extra time in moist climates
