Aqua Metal Rust & Wood Paint

Aqua Metal Rust & Wood Primer & Top is a low-odor, water-based acrylic metal paint for the interior and exterior, it prevents or stops corrosion on metal substrates and can be applied directly over rust, bare metals, and iron.

*NO need to mix with thinner and it can be straight applied on top of surface.

  • NOTE* Have to STIR it before use, recommend to paint 2 coats
  • NOTE* For smooth surface metal, please lightly abrade for better adhesion. However, it is not recommended for totally SMOOTH surfaces like stainless steel and pre-coated SMOOTH surfaces. Please feel free to ask us before ordering.
  • NOTE* Recent 1L order, we will be using different plastic bottles than usual

Examples: roof gutters, shutter doors, gates,  lorries, fencing, gates, motorbikes, cars, plants, factories, welding parts, cranes, heavy-duty lifting equipment and etc.

 

⚠️ Note*

  1. All colors shown are close to the actual Otter Aqua Metal Rust color but may not be 100% accurate.
  2. Our products have a semi-gloss finish.

 

APPLICATION:

  • Make sure the surface is clean and free of loose paint, dirt, most of the rust, etc. to adhere the stain to the surface better. Apply 2 to 3 coats using a brush or roller. Let dry for approximately 4 hours in between coats.

Drying Time:

📌Touch Dry for 10 minutes, Fully Dry in 1/2 hour. Recoat in 4 hours.

Coverage:

📌 Approx. 9- 10 m² / Litre, per coat

Shelf Life (Unopen):

📌 2 years, store in a cool and ventilated place.

 

⚠️ Remember to Stir before use

⚠️ Metal Rust normally requires 2 coats to cover,  metal rust white requires at least 3 coats to cover.
