WoodKare Joins KITA Bina DIY Day – Experience Woodworking & Wood Coating!

Wood-Kare (M) Sdn. Bhd. was delighted to participate in the KITA Bina DIY Day, an event that gave the public an opportunity to experience woodworking and wood finishing hands-on.

The event was a great platform for people of all ages to discover the fun of working with wood, learn basic DIY skills and understand how the right wood coating application can transform and protect a piece of timber.

Introducing Woodworking to the Public

Woodworking may look complicated, but with the right knowledge, tools and products, it can be an enjoyable DIY experience.

At KITA Bina DIY Day, participants had the opportunity to get closer to the woodworking process and experience working with timber for themselves.

The WoodKare team was there to guide participants and share practical knowledge gained from over 30 years in the wood stain and wood coating industry.

Hands-On Wood Coating Application

One of the highlights of the event was the hands-on wood coating experience.

Instead of simply looking at finished samples, participants could experience how wood stain and wood coating are actually applied.

The WoodKare team demonstrated important steps including surface preparation, wood staining, proper application techniques and protective finishing.

Participants could see how a simple piece of wood can be transformed by applying the right WoodKare wood stain and wood coating.
