| WOOD-KARE DIAMOND POLY KOTE clear and clean
interior liquid plastic is a one package oxygen self-crosslinking
100% water borne polyurethane emulsion, that is non formaldehyde
emitting. It provides new standard in durability hard clear
finish that protects wood against hot water, household chemical,
food stains, water and foot mark. |

| |
| Surface Preparation |

| 1. |
Surface should be free of wax contaminates.
Always sand in the direction of the wood grain. |
| 2. |
Use sponge or high quality bristle brush (soft brush),
pour a 3”- 4” wide line of DIAMOND
POLY KOTE Prime/Base along with starting wall,
brush and spread one coat liquid evenly with the grain
of the wood. Be careful, do not apply too thin, always
keep the surface wet and good leveling. |

Wait at least one hour. Sand smooth against with 280
or 320 grit sand paper. |
| 4. |
Apply two coats of DIAMOND POLY KOTE
and sand with 320 grit sand paper. Always vacuum
and tack with a slightly damped cloth thoroughly after
sanding. Three or four coats of finished are
recommended in high traffic commercial and residential
areas. |

| Recoat Old Floors |
| Be sure floor is free from wax or contaminates. Sand floor
with 280 grit sand paper, clean with damped cloth and wait for
surface to be dry. |
